Experience the traditional smoke sauna
An old-fashioned smoke sauna has been built on the Könnölä farm in Hämeenlinna, on the shore of lake Ruokalampi. Its benches can accommodate 12 people at a time. You can take a dip in the refreshing water of lake both in summer and winter! If the lake water feels too cool, the 40-degree hot tub is a good alternative.
The spacious barbecue hut nest to the smoke sauna can accommodate 15 people. You can grill by the open fire in the hut or just sit in the warmth of the flames. You can also order catering from us for your sauna evening.
Book a smoke sauna and hut for company events, stag parties, friends' evenings or even for your foreign guests. We also rent a portable bath trolley, which you can book for the sauna as an additional fee.
If you want to stay overnight after your sauna session you can stay in one of our cottages.

There are no showers in smoke sauna. The water is taken from the lake and warmed in the sauna stove.
