Mökin molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on kaksi 80 cm vuodetta, olohuoneessa vuodesohva kahdelle. Kauniin metsälammen rannalla. ei ole muita mökkejä. Mökillä on syvähkö ranta, joka sopii uimataitoisille, uimaan mennään laiturin kautta. Lähimpään naapuriin on yli puoli kilometriä, mökille ajetaan pientä metsätietä noin kilometrin matka. Mökille tuodaan juomavesi kanisterissa Könnölän tilalta. Mökin hanavettä voi käyttää kaikkeen lukuun ottamatta juomavetenä käyttöä.
