Huvilalla on erillinen puulämmitteinen rantasauna kirkasvetisen Hautalammen rannassa. Ranta on loivasti syvenevä hiekkaranta, joka sopii hyvin myös lapsille. Talvella huvilalla on avanto. Rantasaunan yhteydessä vuokrattavissa kylpypalju. Lähin naapuri on mökkimme Hautalampi B, mökkien välissä metsäkaistale.
