K\u00f6nn\u00f6l\u00e4\u00b4s good location (H\u00e4meenlinna 20 km, Helsinki 120 km and Tampere 70 km) and versatile facilities enable a wide range of events in the beautiful countryside of H\u00e4meenlinna. The party venue offers facilities for weddings, parties and other events for up to 180 people. The atmospheric holiday cottages accommodate a maximum of 54 people. Our farm also has a traditional smoke sauna<\/a> for 12 people.<\/span><\/p>

A grey brick barn built in 1928 was converted into a magnificent party and conference venue in 2015. It has all the modern requirements. All guests can fit into one spacious hall which also has its own place for the buffet, dance floor and orchestra. The venue offers a floor area of \u200b\u200bover 300 square meters and the space is available all year round. Stylish and functional<\/b><\/h3>

The interior of the party room is simply elegant: combining shades of white, gray and brown. The surfaces are made of high-quality and durable materials. The chairs, tables and other furniture are dark, and the uniform furniture can accommodate 156 people. It is possible to create different moods in the room with the help of versatile lighting.<\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
The windows of the venue and the terrace in front offer a peaceful view of the fields and a beautiful courtyard. The sun shines on the terrace all day long. There is a good-sized parking area near the venue and a separate designated place for smokers.<\/div>

The venue is a barrier-free space. The entire room is on one level and there are no stairs. If necessary, you can drive right in front of the door. A disabled toilet is also included in the equipment. Basic level sound equipment, a video projector and a white screen, as well as two wireless microphones and a headset are included in the rental price. We also take care of the final cleaning of the space according to the terms of the contract.<\/div>

Party guests can stay in our holiday cottages<\/a> or for those wishing hotel accommodation<\/a>, the nearest city is H\u00e4meenlinna (20 km)<\/div>

Catering & beverages<\/h3>

A successful celebration is crowned by delicious food. <\/span>We prepare catering on our farm for events where the customer does not bring their own alcoholic beverages to the event. The farm has been approved as a serving area upon the owner's application. <\/span><\/div>

Those celebrating with their own alcoholic beverages must order food from our partners, which are <\/span>Rengon Pitopalvelu<\/strong> <\/a> and Nylanderin Pitopalvelu<\/a> <\/strong>While the catering service handles the main catering of the party, you can also serve, for example, the evening snack yourself.<\/span><\/div>

The party room has a well-equipped catering kitchen and a bar counter with drinks cabinets. Tableware is included in the rental price.<\/div>
